EXPAND YOUR BREATH

Be intentional with your breath. Take a practice shared at the 100th bday celebration of Paramahansa Yogananda in his honor from the final speaker of the evening. "Breathe in peace. Breathe out love." x3. OR. Breathe in through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Do counting breaths, inhale, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... hold. Exhale 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... and, again, at least three time, imagine. love. Allow yourself to see things differently.

AWAKEN: JUST BREATHE

This breath can represent a change.

This breath a new direction.

This breath the reclaiming of some dream.

This breath redeeming hope.

This breath a new love.

This breath acceptance.

This breath harmony.

This breath joy.

Enjoy the expansion of your breath.

REMEMBER: LOVE IS THE WAY

Resigned can be a thing of the past. Heartache doesn’t disappear but is replaced slowly, quickly, hard to say. Change travels its own course. It may be scary; it may feel tough; notice it and do it anyway. When you feel in need of nourishment. Remember to Breathe. You will find a way through, with each breath you will unwind and relax. Just Breathe.
