The spell is cast. Only love is real is the beginning and ending of our NEXT 100 Days of Love. Only love is real allows you to take a break in your thinking, to rest into love. Only love is real allows you to be present in this moment connecting to the electricity of your beating beautiful heart.
The NEXT 100 Days of Love is a way for a shift. Ideas grow stronger when shared. There is nothing more powerful than an agreement between two people. Let's agree to agree.
With this breath, in this verse, it begins. We open the circle of loving thoughts.
For 100 Days we are joined in a destiny of purpose to become our most authentic expression on this planet, in this time.
A way into divine love and wisdom.
Flowing through the deepest river of our being.
The principles of love are many,
the actions of spirit profound
and the miracles present
in the practice
of showing up for love,
committing to love,
for each other,
for our worlds
the practice.

Let this one thought plant itself deeply in your heart. Repeat it as often as necessary. Remember it before you go to bed. We begin and end our NEXT 100 Days of Love with this one thought. Everything you are thinking, if it is without love, is not true.
Allow your life to expand Lovingly, allow your open heart full of love to be met a thousand fold. Allow this thought, this expression, this loving thought to open up to your heart in ways up to now you only dreamed of.
Only love is real is a commitment to share what you know, to own who you are, to listen to the still small Voice that celebrates your uniqueness that understands who you are and why you are here. Thank you for your patience and practice and love.
Today is a day to remember the glory of Love in all its facets and all its possibilities. Put a smile in your heart and open the door to more and more miracles remembering only love is real.

REMEMBER: ANYTHING YOU ARE THINKING IF IT NOT WITH LOVE, IS NOT TRUE.
Thought creates form. Love is the highest vibration and allows for perfect vision alive to all the possibilities ever available. The healing of love happens in the instant, in no time, and all time as time and space are illusions of consciousness used to calibrate our radiant place in connection with all that is.
When you practice today's principle of love - only love is real - you strengthen your ability to move in the world. With each shift of our POV, you see anew.
FOUNDATIONAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS AFFIRMATION
For the next 100 days I am going to consider the possibility that there is another way.
I won't talk about war, I will feel peace.
I won't talk about what isn't working.
I will experience what is.
I won't complain about what people don't do.
I will appreciate what they do.
With care and work
I am going to allow myself to be uplifted.
And. Be willing to see change. In a new light.
In what's remembered.
With Love.
PRAYER'S OF THE HEART
Prayer is the medium of miracles. In prayer we ask how we might be more loving, how we can activate the truth of the heart, the world we are here to be and become through our hearts wishes spoken outload humbly and with grace shared, all of it, for now we become what we were meant to, we give over to what is in service to our most highest expression of grace and beauty, our world transforms in this moment. Help make a shift.
Consider adding a form of prayer to your daily work. Ask to connect to your highest soul purpose. Ask to feel the connection to your most radiant expression. Ask for all your needs to be met. Ask. Allow. Receive.
If it seems uncool, not working, not right. Make a change that works for you. Try something you've never tried, go in a direction you've not wanted to explore, feel into what is perfect peace for you. Love is, when it is put in action, given and recieved, nothing more is expected than to love and be loved in return. Everything else. Well. "Hakuna Matata! Don't worry, for the rest of your days. Hakuna Matata! What a wonderful phrase, Hakuna Matata! Ain't no passing craze, It means no worries for the rest of your days, It's our problem-free philosophy, Hakuna Matata!" **

**In a decolonizing thought shifting history moment: While the song, Hakuna Matata was given western capitalistic life by Elton John (music) and Tim Rice (lyrics), who found the term in a Swahili phrasebook. "Hakuna matata" is a Swahili phrase, meaning "no trouble" or "no worries" and "take it easy". (literally hakuna: "there is no/there are no"; matata: "worries".)
