A simple act of love. A lasting ripple of care.

Every year, we gather to create handmade Heart Art Cards—small, soulful collages filled with loving messages—to remind people they are not alone. 💕

Each February, around Valentine’s Day, our cards are sent to:

​

• People who have lost someone in the past year

• Elders in nursing homes and assisted living centers

• Anyone navigating grief, illness, loneliness, or transition

• Occasionally, someone celebrating a birthday or milestone who could use extra love

 

It’s a gentle, meaningful exchange of giving and receiving—art as care, community as medicine.

How It Works

• In person (Los Angeles): We meet Monday mornings at Trails Café to create together.

• Virtual: We host a Thursday evening card-making session to help us reach our goal of 100 cards.

• At home: You’re welcome to make cards on your own time. I’ll send simple guidelines, heart-shaped templates, and inspiration to get you started.
