Faith is an aspect of consciousness. Put another way, you choose what you give power to. "If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall move; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." Matthew 17:20 Gently consider where one places faith, this placement becomes the origin story for a heart led transformation.
In these beginning years of the 21st Century we are presented with choices, we are offered opportunities to move into the deepest loving available in each moment, or something else. We offer up at this time~ an intercession to consider where your rage is coming from and where we are placing our faith. Consider the possibility you've given everything all the meaning it has, consider to live in capitalism in the United States of America, where we live on unceeded land, colonized to remove native ingenious people wisdom and sovereignty, where we inflicted trauma on folks who had been living peacefully for 1000s of years. Consider you don't know what you don't know and shut it for a moment. To listen in and find where your rage resides and what could be the best way to address it. Go deeper. And, then, go deeper still. What are the connections, how can you repair the breach.
There is a saying in the course in miracles~ anger may take the form of any reaction ranging from mild irritation to rage. The degree of the emotion you experience does not matter. You will become increasingly aware that a slight twinge of annoyance is nothing but a veil drawn over intense fury.
We have been assaulted through colonization, time, actions and systems implemented to cloud our thinking, to stop our natural expression of F-this. We do not have to take it, we can build towards atonement, reparation and a just, loving ecosystem that is built on foundational health and wellness. It is important to recognize our annoyances, our rage, our trauma and find loving expressions to transform, heal and grow in our stewardship of connection to all that is. Addressing our rage, understanding connection to source is the first prong of true loving. Safe dissolution of where our rage resides, not getting diverted, manipulated away from the truth of our rage. Perhaps, now, injustice needs to be expressed in healthy, sustained ways. This rage expressed is a function of health and wellness and is a deep practice for community building, for organizing aligned in love. We have gone away from accountability, integrity and allowed bs to flourish as oppressive transgressions wrestle control across hate filled actions throughout our worlds. Healing through unprocessed rage, supported by folks who have been egregiously harmed and used, abused, shamed is where we need to do the necessary work. Have faith through any process that feels nourishing, safe, constant to you, that is rooted in love, allow safe expression of healthy rage. Be in connection to the deepest root cause of your rage. Find faith in loving action to move through all of it, to feel the grace of gratitude, to address, express, co-create and steward a new system to thrive while the old 20th century systems become obsolete. We are a community, with all living things.
AWAKEN: OUR CONNECTION TO ALL THAT IS
Have faith in earth's magic to reconnect you to the great turning, to all that is. Choose Love. End of story. Nothing shall be impossible unto you. Nothing. Shall be. Impossible. Experiment, experience and grow in your connection to the very earth you are here to thrive in. Here's a picture from one of our community medicine making days at the BirdHouse Apothecary to giveback in our abundance and to flourishing in our collective healing. To love our neighbors, because we are our neighbors.
REMEMBER: IF YOU KNOW WHO YOU TRULY ARE YOU WOULD LOVE EVERYONE.
Be in touch with your loving. Allow yourself to be in connection and community with those who love what you do. When we are in our loving, we are pure potential, connected, soulful, all knowing. When we align ourselves in faith in out loving our connection there is nothing that is impossible. Like my favorite songwriters: Harold Arlen / Johnny Mercer wrote, "You got to spread joy up to the maximum, Bring gloom down to the minimum, And have faith, or pandemonium, Liable to walk upon the scene." Have faith in your joy, in your ability to shift your perceptions from fear to love.

LOVE ACTIVISM 💚🌱✨ A WAY FOR SWITCH
Perhaps as you allow a new vision for seeing something differently, by shifting a degree or two on something you come around it, you shift your perception and grow in more perspective of the wholeness pattern. Our friends at https://www.ctznwell.org have been organizing with love, connecting to evolutionary community wellness. Consider supporting them and their offerings, consider organizations that want you to think, thrive, love and grow in connection and wellness. It is our time to experience the healed expression of a harmonious society and engage in co-creating an ecological renaissance.
Wanted to shout out to my Aunt Judy Lutz on her quilting victory for her sacred geometric pattern. It is loving. It represents her years and years of crafting, her commitment and work to grow in vision and to express a beautiful pattern. Congratulations on this wonderful offering. Well deserved. You da best. It is an integrated expression of a soul in balance and a reminder of the crafts we grow through the work, care and commitment to realizing an artistic work.
Peace can be found in fully shared loving rage speaking up to right injustice, to out trauma and to share what is most tender to your heart. Years ago listening to a panel talk about racial justice and the work of Martin Luther King, Jr on a panel Dr. Cornel West shared “Justice is what love looks like in public, just like tenderness is what love feels like in private,” this Professor of Philosophy at Union Theological Seminary and Professor Emeritus at Princeton University articulated to me for the first time the power of the true expressed loving in right relationship to all that is -- work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through his study, his voice and steward-ship of Gandhi's principles of non-violence. Our rage against and within the machine in the march to freedom is the essential necessary work and expression to achieve an ecosystem in balance and free from the shackles of history.
