There's a beautiful song from Bing Crosby sung in as part of White Christmas. "When I'm worried and I can't sleep. I count my blessings instead of sheep. And I fall asleep, counting my blessings. When my bankroll is getting small. I think of when I had none at all. And I fall asleep counting my blessings." It is a beautiful song, some say relates back to Johnson Oatman's 1897 Hymn BLESSINGS.

When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost,

And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.

It's a practice of gratitude, It's a way shower for peace of heart, mind and body. Simply, count your blessings. Count the blessings that surround you and experience your-self as the blessing you are. Count the blessings in your life as you love everyone more than you thought possible. By counting our blessings we lean into the loving available for accepting everything exactly as it is.
AWAKEN: IT'S A NEW THING. TABLES ARE TURNING. LOVE IS WORKING.
The gifts you graciously give, you receive. In our gratitude we experience our wholeness.
REMEMBER: AMAZING GRACE. HOW SWEET THE SOUND
To express our gratitude is to reset the world into the present moment. Gratitude is how we make manifest what we want, to allow for all of our needs to be met. Gratitude is the world in all its forms accepted and honored and cherished. When we acknowledge the gifts of wisdom, joy, love we've been given we remember our perfect peace. It is the way we make manifest our connection to all that is.

It is through community that we heal. It is in kindness for ideas outside of a control system. It is outside of the box inclusion that allows us to grow in our abilities. From our friends at Good News Movement. A note from young Madeline asking sweetly to Animal control proper respect and honor for her dream of a unicorn in her backyard. The government organization took time to answer her direct request. It is our actions of love, of consent of request that pave the way for what we want more of in the world. It is clear we are in a time of magic and every time we see a story that reminds us, taking loving action, writing the letter, asking for help, showing up for neighbors, engaging in community actions, reveal a better more just world when we bring our loving. Grateful today for the blessing of loving reminders of how great our collective heart is.

There isn't a moment of my life I don't remember this scene from White Christmas. It is one of my heart song movie moments. It reveals the core of my soul's code. It is in these two on screen that I learned to always, always, Count my blessings. Grateful to have been alive to experience a much older Rosemary Clooney in jazz clubs. She was pure grace and power and a voice to match the soothing, tones, of Der Bingle.
