Consider what you believe will comfort you, and bring you happiness. Go deeper. Allow yourself the opportunity to rest well in the arms of love, to be held and to choose peace in this repose connected to the harmony of each moment. Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts on your mind.

AWAKEN: THE TIME IS NOW

Every moment you don't bring the past into the present is a miracle, freeing up the future. This is the power of now, where all time is now. In the instant. Now. When we are willing to give folks, and every circumstance you encounter, the privilege of being different today than they were yesterday, we free up the possibility for different inter-action. In this way, love's field of possibilities co-creates, in the present, lightning to all your actions and your efforts.

Grant yourself the courage to enjoy the greatest gift there is ~ 'to love, and be loved in return.' Maya Angelou talks of courage as the most important of all the virtues because "without courage you can’t practice any of the other virtues consistently.... if a human being dares to love someone, and has the unmitigated gall to accept that love in return, it means you have the courage to be seen, and you are liberated.” Liberate yourself. Give and receive all the love available, expand your abilities to take necessary loving actions to build into the love that awaits your most authentic expression.

AWAKEN: WE ARE ALL CONNECTED

The powerful belief in a divine, loving presence that binds all life creating a luminosity of experience that transcends the surface realities is the cornerstone of humanity. It is the cornerstone of the discipline of Love necessary to carry you past the fear of your days.

We exist in this moment full and complete extending love with each breath, enjoying the ebb and flow of Love's power as we feel the steely strength of purpose.

We are nearing the end of our 100 days love, this mountain has been crested, and we are enjoying the return of all the love we have extended being returned to us 1000 fold. Every mountain crested reminds all the work has born fruit, and we are at the beginning of another mountain. Our work is to keep climbing, keep moving, keep loving.

We grow in our practice, to bring things out of our unconscious into the reality of the human form with love. It is a mastery and a process and in the end you do nothing but allow something to work through you that is already there, whole and complete, that wants to come through and be visible in its full glory.

Use the strength of love to lead the way. Stop being so hard on yourself. No blame. No self judgment. Total acceptance. Remember today that ACIM thing, what you see as failure. God sees as success. What you see as success, can be a failure, who is to say. We have given everything all the meaning it has. It is why when we put low in action the world is born again in each morning, we rise into the day.

Use love to nourish your growth, allowing and practicing to let your heart exercise the spirit of magnificence. Say today and everyday "I know Love, I understand its power and I am here to practice it in all my interactions!"

Your thoughts are not neutral. What we think we are, aka, our thoughts create our reality. Your thoughts have an effect. It is why we advocate for loving thoughts. When we think with love our realities have a more direct opportunity to be loving. Everything you see is the result of your thoughts. There is no exception to this fact. Thoughts are not big or little; powerful or weak. They are merely true or false. Those that are true create their own likeness. Those that are false make theirs. There is no more self-contradictory concept than that of “idle thoughts.” What gives rise to the perception of a whole world can hardly be called idle. Every thought you have contributes to truth or to illusion; either it extends the truth or it multiplies illusions. You can indeed multiply nothing, but you will not extend it by doing so. Besides your recognizing that thoughts are never idle, salvation requires that you also recognize that every thought you have brings either peace or war; either love or fear. You choose. In a Black History Month special, Democracy Now! airs excerpts of the 1970 documentary, "King: A Filmed Record... Montgomery to Memphis," a rarely seen Oscar-nominated feature about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the rise of the civil rights movement. In this clip from December 1955, Dr. King addresses a full church in Montgomery, Alabama, just days after Rosa Parks was arrested. The African-American community in Montgomery had gathered to decide whether to begin what became the famous Montgomery Bus Boycott. REV. DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.: "It has been moved and seconded that the resolution that was read will be received and adopted. Are you ready for the question? All in favor, let it be known by standing on your feet. That was the day that we started a bus protest which literally electrified the nation, and that was the day when we decided that we were not going to take segregated buses any longer. And, you know, when we planned the bus boycott, we said if we could just get about 50 or 60 percent of the Negroes of Montgomery not to ride buses, this would be any effective boycott. I think that whole day we found eight Negroes on the buses. And from that day on, that boycott was more than 99.9 percent effective. I remember that Monday morning when I was subpoenaed to be in court, the chief defender. Many things ran through my mind. And I started thinking about the people, all day long trying to think of something to say to the people. Finally, I arrived to the pulpit. My words were fumbling a bit. Let us fight passionately and unrelentingly for the goals of justice and peace. Let's be sure that our hands are clean in the struggle. Let us never fight with falsehood and violence and hate and malice, but always fight with love, so that when the day comes that the walls of segregation have completely crumbled in Montgomery, that we will be able to live with people as their brothers and sisters. And I say to you, my friends, rise up and know that as you struggle for justice, you do not struggle alone, but God struggles with you. Freedom is never given to anybody, for the oppressor has you in domination because he plans to keep you there, and he never voluntarily gives it up. And that is where the strong resistance comes. Greet everyone with a smile and love in your heart. Be about that five minutes when you wake up. Have courage to do more, be more, create more than you think you can allowing your loving presence to lead the way. Consider changing what isn't working by taking small, individual simple, gentle acts of loving for the world you are creating. Shift one thing. Allow your body to be in harmony with your thinking to allow the receipt of what is wonderful, what is graceful, inviting miracles, shifts from fear to love, freeing the future. Greet the dawn with a clean slate, meditate, stretch, clear, begin. again.
