Epiphanies are openings in the chaotic projection of daily life. They are awakenings to the truth. They are moments of lightning strikes illuminating the field in the haze of our days. Enjoy more grace, more love, and more connection as your inner power comes back online.
AWAKEN: LIGHTNING STRIKES
This beautiful quote from Martha Graham is often on my heart and its energy flows through all my work- “There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique, and if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium; and be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, not how it compares with other expression. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open. You do not even have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware directly to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open. No artist is pleased. There is no satisfaction whatever at any time. There is only a queer, divine dissatisfaction, a blessed unrest that keeps us marching and makes us more alive than the others.” In the present moment lies the power of now, the electricity of possibilities.

As we appreciate each other, as we know we are our neighbors, that everyone we meet and know is perfect as they are, as we recognize the gifts they are in our lives, as we love, respect and extend them kindness, we experience more kindness and support.

LOVE ACTIVISM 💚🌱✨ A WAY FOR SWITCH
Workers across this country deserve more. Consider the possibility there is another way to be compensated, for health and wealth to stay in the hands of laborers and for love to lead the way. Unions have given workers the 40 hour work week, vacation days, etc. Expect more for your labor. Organize and demand what creates foundational health and wellness and enriches our communities. From Ray Curry, president of UAW in solidarity.... "I urge you to remember all of our striking members this holiday season as they fight for economic justice. Their struggle is about more than the issues in their worksites. With each victory, they raise the standards in our industries which helps all of us. THOUGHT SHIFTER/MEDICINE
What seems to be the second place is first, for all things we perceive are upside down until we listen to love's voice. It seems that we will gain autonomy but by our striving to be separate, our independence from the rest creation is the way in which salvation is obtained. Our connection to all that is. In practicing the love of all living things, we grow in our stewardship, our decision making and our foundational health and wellness.
Give love. Connect to the collective heart. Organize for change.
