Find your cheerleading squad. We all need people to remind us- to love everyone, that we are beautiful, that we can do it. the single most important factor in sustaining personal harmony and living your life from foundational integrity is having a support system. Where would any of us be without the people, places and teams that provide support to our efforts. That allow us to grow, that enable us to be “something different today than we were yesterday” that accepts all parts of who we truly are.

There is a time, when you're not well and you will need someone to lean on. You may be challenged by the ups and downs and need support. We all need support, care and lots of love. By finding your people, those individuals that get you, that you don’t have to “work” to explain yourself around. Those safe people, places and spaces that honor your intention of simply knowing you are “good enough” just as you are when remembering that truth becomes difficult. This will be your “Love You” team and will hold the space for your continual flourishing and blossoming and be there providing nourishment through those times of hibernation sowing the seeds of your most radiant centered self with you in spirit weathering storms and cherishing successes become second nature in a process of energizing your inner flame.

DAY 62 | NEXT 100 DAYS OF LOVE | SOUL FORCE

A euphemism sometimes used for Satyagraha is that it is a "silent force" or a "soul force" (a term also used by Martin Luther King Jr. during his famous "I Have a Dream" speech.) It is something to engage as part of every problem solving repertoire. MLK studied, met with and grew into this Mahatma Gandhi, term called Satyagraha (a name Gandhi invented meaning "adherence to truth") a truth so connective to all that is, it's force seeks to eliminate antagonisms without harming the antagonists themselves and seeks to transform or "purify" at a higher level. Embrace the power of your soul's force to be in alignment.

It arms the individual with moral power rather than physical power. Satyagraha is also described as a "universal force," as it essentially "makes no distinction between kinsmen and strangers, young and old, man and woman, friend and foe." It is a power that moves mountains, heals timelines and transforms the worlds.

In recent years as more and more folks address the SA and violence against women and the unaddressed trauma from church, spiritual practice, transgressions, tech, entertainment, hospital, well, every industry, where folks have misused their power dynamics. Atonement for the assaults in sacred practices is the order of healing, clearing and reconnecting to powerful tools. Today we highlight the deep spiritual work involved in being accountable, transparant and do the necessary work to admit, shift, and transform the 3HO Foundation which was founded in July of 1969 by Yogi Bhajan (Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization) when he brought Kundalini Yoga to the West. His tenure was both, positive and problematic and the history of abuse, sexually, upheld dynamics, needed to be addressed to be able to move forward with sharing and practicing the traditions. The ongoing work began to be addressed in 2016/2017 as the me t00 movement broke free from the shadows.

Here in Hollywood hosted by Tyler Cassity, yogi and owner of the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Every Tuesday he teaches a Kundalini Yoga class on the lawn helping grow a new day for 3HA. There are good folks doing the work, nourishing communities, sharing wisdom and offering a way through the chaos into connection.

Strength and power come from inner balance. Without this, we end up confused, degraded, upset, or depressed. This kriya uses the power of sound to cut through negativity and re-route the mind. The objective here is to reverse negative thinking.

This mantra is generally chanted out loud, but if circumstance makes that impossible, you can chant mentally. It will still be effective.

There is an exquisite light within each of us. Reconnect within. Turn up the light and shine bright. Making everything right. All you gotta do is keep it tight.

AWAKEN: SHINING BRIGHT IN EVERY LIGHT. IT'S DARK SOME DAYS BUT STAY THE WAY. IT'S OUR DAY. IT'S, TODAYYYYYYY.

The inner work that clears the way for love to flow from you to all you meet is the way you forgive yourself and those you have unfinished business. We reconnect to our inner light, more deeply, as we forgive, ourselves for what we did not know, others what we could not act on, and that forgiveness ends the dreams, illusions (love less thinking) of any conflict that blocks our loving.

Our eternal light burns brightly within. As we remove all blocks that we have placed in front of our heart. As we remove the anchors to the past, we free up the present. Our forgiveness heals the past. forgiving but not forgetting the past frees us. In this way, all conflict must be resolved. It cannot be evaded, set aside, denied, disguised, seen somewhere else, called by another name, or hidden by deceit of any kind, if it would be escaped. It must be seen exactly as it is, where it is thought to be, in the reality which has been given it, and with the purpose that the mind accorded it. For only then are its defenses lifted, and the truth can shine upon it as it disappears. Invite forgiveness into your heart and all your light to shine.

Open your heart fully. Let the essence of your self radiate today and blossom with every word you speak. Let the shimmering ripple of nature expand through your being.
