Embrace yourself for who you are and what you were born to do. There is no greater way to spread love than to accept all of you. To be in the deepest form of divine love and wisdom at the intersection of the heart and soul of you. The secret, if you need a secret, of absolutely everything is to quite simply, love yourself, exactly as you are. Nothing to change. Nothing to work on. When Loving yourself is your mission, within each moment, no matter what anyone says or shares with you – you understand it for what it is – merely information that is being delivered and up for your consideration. Not to derail you, or to take on as truth, but merely as information outside of your self.
AWAKEN: RISE UP IN ACCEPTANCE
The greatest power we have to change a situation or circumstance is in direct correlation to the level of accepting all of it exactly as it is without trying to change anything, offering new space for possibility to rise into with compassion.
REMEMBER: EMBRACE YOUR INNER CHILD
Life is an ever unfolding gift. Be willing to give love to yourself. Allow the feeling of connection to flow as you remember everything begins in a warm embrace of grace, gratitude for who we are and why we are here.

From YOUTUBE: Dr. Kevin Dawson, Associate Professor, UC Merced will explore the spiritual meaning of water from various cultural and spiritual perspectives with particular focus on the African and African American perspective. The relationship of African and African-descended people to water is rich, deep and complex - from pre-enslavement times in African through the trauma of the Middle passage and bondage in the Americans to the aquatic passageways of freedom from slavery in the new world.
Dawson will discuss many topics covered in his award winning book "Undercurrents of Power: Aquatic Culture in the African Diaspora:".
Dr. Kevin Dawson, is an Associate Professor of History at the University of California, Merced where his research and teaching interests include History of the Atlantic World, Early American History, African Diaspora and African American History. His award winning writings include "Enslaved Ship Pilots in the Age of Revolutions: Challenging Notions of Race and Slavery between the Boundaries of Land and Sea" "Swimming, surfing, and underwater diving in early modern Atlantic Africa and the African diaspora"; and "Enslaved swimmers and divers in the Atlantic world" Robert A. Wilkins, Executive Director of the International Maritime Center and Chief Program Officer of Seafarers Ministry of the Golden Gate will moderate the program.
