ALWAYS LOOK FOR THE HELPERS
We are surrounded by beauty, love and scary things. We choose how we respond. Will we choose love and help or will we stoke fear, whine about what isn't working, air our grievances. We choose. You can have a grievance or a miracle. You don't get both. You can complain or you can take loving action. Consider what is working. What necessary work is required to bring peace and care and support. Consider who is doing the work to help. Consider the possibility of what the world could be if you shifted to being a helper. Consider what actions you could take right now to make our world a better place.
AWAKEN: KEEP ON GOING
Run through the finish line, push, keep on going. Life is meant to be experienced in all it's loving, using every color, transforming with the elements, and when you are given the opportunity to work with fire. You are blessed. Learn from it. Be with it. Transform in its presence. Be a flame of love. And, if you lose your way, feel through your inner Chaka Khan, with swagger, and here the song of transformation, commitment and love.

REMEMBER: SHOW UP
In allowing this practice of love to permeate our thoughts, in letting our visions soft focus to explore the loving perception in every given situation before us the truth, beyond judgment is revealed. When we show up in love, we find what we seek. We find what we are looking for, or in other words, we are attuned to finding those of good spirit, kind work.

LOVE ACTIVISM 💚🌱✨ A WAY FOR SWITCH
To support Jenesse Center and the women in our community we hosted a TEA at MUSE on Melrose on a Sunday Afternoon to provide haircuts, manicures and facials to heal, uplift and give back to women affected by life. There are many reasons to support women. Many are surprised to learn the most dangerous person in a woman's life is their husband. Of the murders of women, 70% are committed by their partner. 1 in 3 women have been sexually attacked. There is so much unprocessed grief and education required to change this. Feeling and knowing they are safe is a big step in the healing process. It was a packed event, with clothes, kindness, music and sharing. The Jenesse Center has tackled domestic violence prevention and intervention for over forty years. From their website, Jenesse shines a light on violence against women, girls, men and boys and advocates the basic human right for all people to have peace in their homes and relationships. Jenesse takes a proactive stance in educating young people to learn what healthy relationships look like and works to break the generational cycle of violence in addition to providing, legal, housing, counseling, therapy. It is a light in the darkness bending the arc toward a just, safe, world.
There is always so much going on. Stay focused on connecting to the helpers. And as my Grandmother used to say, if you can't find the helpers, be a helper and watch the tasks get done. It's not a surprise many of us would gravitate toward the Fred Rogers quote, “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, "Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.” It resonates across the ancestors.

"We have to remember that what we observe is not nature herself, but nature exposed to our method of questioning." Werner Karl Heisenberg, a German physicist, Nobel laureate, and one of the founders of the field of quantum mechanics gave us theory that states the very act of watching, the observer affects the observed reality. Both light and matter are single entities and our ‘language' is insufficient to describe the phenomenon. Heisenberg laid bare the fundamental error in separating the parts from the whole. In essence, unity of the wholeness pattern, complementarily constitute reality.
