Love is a practice, a choice, an endeavor and a co-creator. Allowing love to lead the way is a practice. As a practice, in love, you get to just be. You do not have to do anything. You are perfect. You are whole and healed and loved. You do not have to earn love. You are love.

There is nothing to prove. There is nothing to do.

AWAKEN: EASE ON DOWN, EASE ON DOWN THE ROAD

Life is meant to be experienced with gentle, tender, nurturing, kind, and loving ease.

Let it be easy. Feel the wind, breath in the grace of the day.

There is nothing to do. We are here to honor the gifts we have been given, by sharing them with others. We are who we are and there is nothing that gives us anything more than we are. You are an abundant, amazing, awesome person, deepening who you are with each breath.

SHINE YOUR LIGHT

Shine your light. Allow the world to ignite in possibilities in your presence. Light brought to the darkness eliminates lower energy forms. As we align with our inner light, power and full purpose we experience the harmony of connection to all that is.

AWAKEN: YOUR KINDNESS, YOUR GRACE, YOUR EMPATHY

There are many things that happen in life. Challenges, opportunities, dark nights, beautiful days, Any profundity has little meaning in light of the loss of the physical presence of the person. What they loved? What brought them joy? The things they loved to do on Saturday evenings, the aches they shared, the way they always made you a coffee when they made one for themselves. The great turning continues. We flourish in and through each turn. Be Grateful for the many ways we are interconnected. Be grateful for the joy that surrounds us, as a part of the pulsing energy of existence, eternal. Be in awe.

At all the heroes who have left their physical bodies, a few thoughts from the name plates. This person lived their life so beautifully the family honored them by claiming his virtuosity of human decency. Wow. All You Need is Love.

REMEMBER: NO MATTER WHAT THE QUESTION LOVE REMAINS THE ANSWER

Went to a colleagues Yizkor Memorial Service yesterday at Hill Memorial in Los Angeles. His later in life spiritual kindred friendship. She spoke of his retirement question, "I want to know the meaning of life." With the questions that come up, we submit to you the answer to any question is love always remains the answer. If you find yourself in the questions - Where would I go but Heaven? What could be a substitute for happiness? What gift could I prefer before the peace of God? What treasure would I seek and find and keep that can compare with my Identity? And would I rather live with fear than love? We give everything all the meaning it has. Perhaps, today you'll remember, you are here to shine your light.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

Love is a practice, a choice, an endeavor and a co-creator. Allowing love to lead the way is a practice that creates sustainable faith in the perfection of our actions. The clarity of spirit emerges through the conditioning of that practice opening to the truth of spirit. The discipline of showing up for a practice that demands we remember the truth, that we view the world with love we always have the possibility to break free from the condition of our human affliction and addiction to fear.

Day 22 NEXT 100 Heart Art. Inner and Outer Heart as One.

AWAKEN: IN STILLNESS ALL IS WELL

This is the day that has been chosen as the time in which we come to understand in stillness, in the power of now, in our inner Tahiti, everything is handled, we are in our center and the center of our being is love, the lesson that there is no need that I do anything. In this every choice already made. In stillness every conflict has been resolved. In stillness everything hoped for has already been given me. Peace is mine. My heart is quiet, and my mind at rest. Love is Heaven, and Love is mine present in my perfect stillness.

In Rilke's The Swan, we come to understand this grace in marriage to the perfect elements of connection to all that is.

This laboring of ours with all that remains undone, as if still bound to it, is like the lumbering gait of the swan.

And then our dying—releasing ourselves from the very ground on which we stood— is like the way he hesitantly lowers himself

into the water. It gently receives him, and, gladly yielding, flows back beneath him, as wave follows wave, while he, now wholly serene and sure, with regal composure, allows himself to glide.

The swan as metaphor for stillness. But what of its lumbering on land. In Rilke's The Swan we experience the quiet grace of moving in your practice toward it's natural element, it's collaboration.

REMEMBER: SHOW UP

In allowing this practice of love to permeate our thoughts, in letting our hearts vision, in soft focus to explore loving perceptions in every given situation that comes before us, we recognize the truth that never changes, beyond judgment, beyond life, beyond sense, beyond judgement, all is revealed. When we show up in love, we find what we seek. We find what we are looking for, or in other words, we are attuned to finding those of good spirit, kind work. Love is the DNA of sharing our gifts. It is how we manifest our soul's code, our purpose, our loving. Remember to show up in quiet stillness, express into your inner power through a practice as old as time.
