Take this moment to ground into the feeling beyond the words and worlds of your space and melt into the flowing river of love’s greatest gift. In full presence of yourself. Today is the day. It feels right to share this work of poetry from west indies poet, Derek Walcott, in the midst of his quite lengthy works, this poem, short and concise and full of the richness of forgiveness comes as a welcome breeze in the explorations of our daily chaos as the world turns.

Be intentional with your breath. Take a practice shared at the 100th bday celebration of Paramahansa Yogananda in his honor from the final speaker of the evening. "Breathe in peace. Breathe out love." x3. OR. Breathe in through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Do counting breaths, inhale, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... hold. Exhale 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... and, again, at least three time, imagine. love. Allow yourself to see things differently.

We give everything all the meaning it has. You place projections, beliefs, which are the lies of our thinking and perceptions. When you shift your POV, we suggest with love, you become that which is in alignment with the vision beyond the The soul doesn’t care if you succeed or fail, it only cares that you do what you came here to do. Who is to say what is a success or failure, you never know.

Who is to say what is a success or failure, you never know. The full story could take lifetimes to reveal. Be grateful for the gifts, the experience, the practices you have been given and all the opportunities that come your way. Allow the ache of the heart to guide you through. Check in on the stories you are telling. Are they old stories? Are they sharing the lightness of your heart? Is it a world of new beginnings. Memory is the key to redemption. Our memories can be a blessing or a curse, it is how we cary them, how we get around them and how deeply we've forgiven ourselves to report the past as we would a weather report.
