It's a new day for singing the blues. It's a new day from morning till night. Wherever you are if the sun is shining if the rain is pouring, it is a new day to begin again, to choose again and to share the story you were born to share.

Set your inner reset button. Recharge, revive, rejuvenate and begin again. Use this powerful mechanism to restore your connection to your divine source that is in you but not of you, you take the largest step toward your practice of being loving and you demonstrate to those around you, your family and friends and strangers on the street how to thrive. Just because we get older and we know more, it doesn't mean the principles of nature stop. Everything is a cycle. Everything is a process form which we are moving through in complete connection to our inner Tahiti.

I know how it is to start over and leap into the unknown giving up one life in service of an intuition something magnificent is possible. Do not get discouraged by anything that is coming up. Making these shifts in our knowing that whatever happens we are held and okay and at the end of the day we are loved goes the longest way to creating permanent peace in your life and in your heart.

Get comfortable with the reset mechanism of magnificence always available that doesn't care if you fall down, only that you shake it off and get up and begin again.

SIMPLE THINGS LEAD TO A REVOLUTION OF THE HEART

Do simple things with great love. Every act taken with love is met 1000 times. Evolution is in every Revolution and a revolution is in every loving action you take. Start a revolution by doing the simple things with great love.

Our list of favorite simple thing to connect to your inner power.

1) Use your calendar to create freedom, once it is in the books, space is held for activation.

2) Find a conscious connecting breathing technique.

3) Hug a tree, rustle you hand against branches and leafs, feel the unbending roots of possibility.

4) Giveback. Do a mitzvah, engage the musculature of connection to all that is.

5) Turn up the music, turn down the lights and move, dance, release, express your body.

Find ways to do simple, intentional, conscious, loving things.

For your love. There is a woman led movement for women, life, freedom ongoing. It is a choice to support women, their freedom, their love, their lives or not. If you do not support women, you are against women. Life is ever unfolding, made up of everyday interconnected miracles and kind moments where everything becomes possible, where the bridge to tomorrow starts with the tiniest step. Take loving action to support your community, your sisters, your worlds. Let's together, build new systems, what we call all systems love movement.

REMEMBER: WITHOUT A SONG

Be simple in your thinking, your actions, you loving. If you find things getting complicated. Stop. Go back to the simplicity of your breath and take simple loving actions.
